will never misuse the information that you provide in our transactions.
We do not share any information supplied to us by
you with any third parties. We will provide you with the choice of
receiving promotional information and other offers that we make from time to

Returns Policy
Credeur's seeks to provide our customers with superior
products and service at the best possible prices. All of our products are
inspected when they arrive at our store, again during decoration and finally
when packed for shipping. We, at Credeur's, stand behind our product and service 100%. As
such, we will gladly take back any order that does not meet the original
order criteria, within 30 days of your purchase arrival.
If you want to return an item please contact customer service at
1-800-960-8080 or contact us at info@credeurs.com from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
(central) Monday through Friday.
Items that have been decorated (embroidered or
screened) may not be eligible for return if they have met
the order specifications submitted by the customer.
Please do not return any items until you have
contacted customer service. You will be provided with a return authorization
number and any other specific information you may need. We will be happy to
take care of any concerns you may have at that time.
Credits to your account will require merchandise
return. Credit will be posted to your account upon receipt and inspection of
the returned merchandise.
Production Time
Credeur’s
Specialties makes every effort to
ensure that we produce your order promptly. Quality, service and value
are our cornerstones and we strive to live up to those goals and ideals every
day. Our production goal is 10 - 15 business days. We can normally produce
your order within the quoted time. When there is a problem such as out of stock
items, shortage of an order, inclement weather, or the like we will notify
you. On orders that have requested Samples and Pre-Production Proofs
(i.e., large order for an entire office or region), the production timing
begins when we receive your approval. All times reflect business days.
Payment Policies
Any purchase at this time will be through a secure
credit card transaction.
Shipping Information
Decorated (embroidered or screened) orders are
shipped UPS from Credeur’s Specialties. Non-decorated orders may be
shipped factory direct. For shipments that are too large or too heavy, we
will ship them via trucking line and you will be notified.
We are able to deliver to most locations in the
USA. However, due to UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to
P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
All shipments require a signature to receive, and
UPS shipments are sent insured.
Saturday deliveries must be in the continental USA
and meet the UPS Saturday delivery requirements. Saturday deliveries must
be shipped UPS Saturday Red Next-Day delivery. All Saturday deliveries
will incur an additional charge. Holiday deliveries are not available.
Using Overnight or Second Day shipping does not
mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on
the time it takes to produce your item plus the shipping time.
Oversized, very large or heavy shipments will be
sent via LTL (Less than Truck Load) carrier.
Credeur’s
Specialties is not responsible for
damages incurred to the shipment. You, with your freight carrier, must file all
claims or charges. We will be happy to assist with any problems that you may

Split Shipments
Credeur’s can ship your orders to multiple locations. If you
are having difficulty with the on line order form, contact us at 1-800-960-8080
or at info@credeurs.com
and we will make arrangements.
Limit of Credeur's Responsibility
Credeur’s
Specialties will be responsible
for acting on only emailed instructions sent to Credeur’s that are actually received. Any revisions on the order
must be also be emailed. (Verbal revisions are not accepted.) We do not assume responsibility for
malfunctions in communications facilities not under the control that may affect
the accuracy or timeliness of any orders the customer sends. Credeur’s is not responsible for any
losses or delays in transmissions of orders out of the use of any Internet
Access Service Provider caused by any browser software of any computer virus or
related problem that may be attributable to service provided by any Internet
Access Service Provider.
Credeur’s Specialties is not responsible should you give
incorrect instructions.
The information and materials contained in the
site, including text, links or other items, are provided "as is" and
"as available.” Credeur’s does
not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and
materials on the site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions
in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied,
express, or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of
non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose or freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with
the information and materials.
In no event will Credeur’s be liable for any damages, including without limitation,
direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or
damages arising in connection, with this site or use thereof or inability to
use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error,
omission, interruption, defect, delay, in operation transmission, computer
virus, line or system failure, even if Credeur’s,
or representative thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages,
losses, or expenses
Indemnity
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Credeur’s Specialties and its affiliates
harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses,
including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to your use of Credeur’s Specialties site and the
service, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of
another.
Rush Orders
Credeur’s
Specialties prides itself on
service. If you are in a hurry for merchandise outside the standard
delivery policy (10 working days), then we offer RUSH SERVICE. We can
produce some items in less than 5 working days. Contact us at
1-800-960-8080 and we will be more than happy to work with you to find a
solution to your delivery needs. We will accommodate you in any way we
can. There are additional charges associated with rush orders and must
be quoted.
